1: After making appointment through phone, you could come to our sample collection center. You could also mail to us anonymously or date with our customer service people to take the sample door to door (door to door sample collection services are provided in Shanghai. For people outside Shanghai, please make appointment with us in advance.)

3: The test result could be available within 7 working days. The paper report or the electronical report would be issued afterward. |
| The Use for Judicial paternity purposes |
1. Judicial paternity report
Use: It could be used in residence, migration, proof in the court etc. The official paternity test has judicial effectiveness. It can be used directly as evidence in court. The sampling procedure is strict, and all materials must be provided true and reliable.
2. The cost for judicial paternity test
Price: RMB1500 yuan per person (all using ultra-precise 20-point detection) collected samples: blood stains and non-invasive oral swab which need be taken by our center people.
English test report need be requested in advance and it is subject to translation fee. English judicial test report could be used in migration, litigation abroad and notarization.
3. Expedited process for judicial paternity test
It could be expedited within 1-5 working days to have the oral test results, and the report could be issued by the laboratory on the following day.
If you personally apply for a judicial paternity report, you need to prepare the following materials:
1, All the valid documents/certificates for the identified/tested person (For adults: choose one from the following certificates: ID card, Household register, military ID, passport, etc; For Child: choose one from the folllowing certificates: birth certificate, household register, passport).
2, All identified/tested person need to come to our reception site to have samples collected. (Under special circumstances, we could take samples door to door after appointment). People under age of 18 need be accompanied by the guardian who shall sign. (The guardian should take valid ID)
Please pay attention to the official authoritative standards of the test report: It must have an official judicial identification technology seal (Seal), Laboratory Accreditation (CNAS) seal and accreditation (CMA) seal stamped on the test report. The report, having these seals, has the judicial effectiveness nationally, and could be used internationally in migration, evidence on court and other judicial uses.

Tip: Personal test report has no legal effect, for reference only. I t can not serve as evidence in court. We are only responsible for the accuracy of the sample. (Our laboratory provides the ultra-precise 20-point identification, testing twice and checking once for each sample. When the result comes negative, we will test one more time to confirm, so the accuracy reaches at 100% for negative result and at 99.9999% or more for positive result.) |

| Routine sample collection for personal paternity test: (RMB1000 yuan) |
| 1: Hair (pulling 5-7 hair with roots). Do not touch the hair follicle which you can see the roots of black hair, the white substance! Pay attention to wash hands and hair before pulling the hair samples. Please wrap the sample with paper or put them into envelope, and mark the sample number or name on it. |
| 2: Bloodstains ( drop 3-5 fingertip blood in green bean size on the white paper or medical gauze). The bloodstain dropped on the medical gauze need be dried by folding the gauze, avoiding heat or sunlight! Please keep the sample in a paper envelope. Do not put the envelope into a plastic bag in order to prevent moisture and mildew which normally cause the loss and degradation of DNA component. |
| 3: Mouth cell cotton swab (use 2 to 3 cotton swabs to wipe two inner sides of mouth, wiping 20 time for each swab). Please avoid your hand touching the cotton swab. Before you collect the mouth cell sample, please gargle with pure water. Dry the sample without heat and sunlight. When dried, please send us by mail as soon as possible! Put the sample into a small paper envelope, or wrapped with white paper to keep dry, do not cover a plastic bag outside to prevent moisture and mildew which normally cause the loss and degradation of DNA component. |

6: bed sheets, shorts secretions (cut part of the cloths)
7:catamenia blood or nosebleed or special blood (to keep dry and avoid mildew)
8: toothbrush, chewing gum, straw (to take the one with a longer time of use)
9: cup rim, bottle cap (cut the part touched by lips and take it )
10: intramuscular tissue, wax block (need be soaked or frozen after rinsing by 75% alcohol)
11: saliva, tissue paper (use a pen to circle marks)
12: umbilical cord blood, nipple (put into paper envelopes, saving dryly)
13: fetal amniotic fluid, chorionic villus (take 2-5 ml)
14: teeth, bones ( seeing dental pulp by knocking)

| Door to door sample collection of DNA paternity test: |
1. By inquiry on the phone, you could decide to have personal paternity test( without legal effect) or judicial paternity test (with national and international legal effect). The appointment with us need be made two hours or half day in advance.
2. You could provide your detailed address or shopping mall, intersection, tea bar and other private place indicating the road name. We will fully protect your privacy.
3. Our laboratory people will arrive at the designated place on time to collect samples, showing his or her Work Permit, proof of identity, the corresponding business license, etc.
4. The test report could be available within 7 to 9 working days. We will inform you and send you the report according to the way you told us before. |

| Prenatal maternal fetal amniotic fluid paternity test process |
Our center provides whole-procedure accompany services for making appointment with first class Women's Hospital and legal medical expert who will be consulted on site and take the sample from parents. We highly respect the pregnant woman¡¯s privacy. You could choose the anonymous personal fetal amniotic fluid test or judicial amniotic fluid test. We have more

Prenatal maternal fetal amniotic fluid or chorionic villus paternity test time: Pregnant women in 10 weeks (65 days) to 95 days can do the villus biopsy, being taken the villus; Pregnant women in 16 weeks (four months) to 8 months can be taken a small amount (about 5ml) of amniotic fluid as sample.

2: Deposit need be paid to reserve the time of taking amniotic fluid
After receiving the deposit from you, we will reserve two group people to provide the whole-procedure accompany service including the legal medical expert to take the sample door to door.
3: Sample from father, mother, child (amniotic fluid or chorionic villus)
If you choose amniotic fluid and chorionic villus paternity test, the father, mother and child should be all tested because amniotic fluid and chorionic villus contain mother's DNA. If you choose personal anonymous paternity test, the father could not be at present. You could only take his samples such as hair, bloodstain, mouth cell cotton swabs, cigarette end, or condoms with semen).
4: Test report can be obtained only upon password and Test Service Bill number
Our center highly protect your privacy. The test report can be got only by a password and the Test Service Bill number.
5: Expedited processing--Prenatal maternal fetal amniotic fluid or chorionic villus paternity test
